SPA ETIQUETTES
When you enter a ‘day spa’, you want to feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Please be reminded of the following etiquette to ensure enjoyment for everyone:
1. Mobile (Cell) Phones
To ensure the serenity of a ‘day spa’ we request that the use of mobile phones be kept to a minimum. We also request that mobile phones be switched to ‘silent’.
2. Quiet
To ensure that all clients may enjoy their treatments, please keep the level of your voice to a minimum – in the waiting areas, treatment and relaxation rooms.
3. Magazines
While you await your treatment, we aim to provide you a relaxing and stimulating waiting area. Please note that the literature provided, including magazines, are for the purposes of the ‘day spa’ only. Please do not remove the magazines or information provided.
4. Display Products
Waiting rooms will often display various products for your perusal. These products are only for purchase and not to be used as samples.
5. Display Features
Waiting areas may also have display areas, such as water features or fish tanks, to improve the ambience of the ‘day spa’. Please do touch or disrupt these at any time.
6. Clothing
Varying treatments require different items of clothing to be removed. We respect the level of modesty that you require, so we request that if you feel uncomfortable at any stage, please inform your therapist immediately.
7. Vouchers / Discounts
When making a booking using a voucher or booking when a particular discount is applicable, please inform the booking administrator when making the booking.
8. Payment
When a treatment is made without the use of a voucher, payment is required at the end of the treatment.
9. Tips
Tips are neither required nor expected by therapists. Tips are generally not encouraged by management. If however, you would like to provide your therapist with a tip, please do so individually and at your discretion.
Thank you for understanding.
Regards Management
